As soon as the The Birds Are Coming Back Timed Quest part 1 is complete players will have the option to build the Spring Flower house. It will require 10 Elf Hats to complete along with other build items seen in the steps below. These hats can be earned by completing various quests, or for purchase at 10 Rubies each. It will increase the city population by 50 when it is completed. The Spring Flower house cannot be moved until it has been completed.

Deliver to the Spring Flower Leaves, Hewn Stone, Basket, Broom
- Deliver the ingredients to the Spring Flower

Deliver to the Spring Flower: Bucket, Rake, Plow, Honeycomb (Asked Items)

- Deliver the ingredients to the Spring Flower
Deliver to the Spring Flower: Elf Hat, Magic Crystal, Flower Petal, Rune

Spring Flower: +50 pop, +120 happiness, 50c every 4 hrs, 6x6 footprint
